Or the husband saying, “Sweetheart buy whatever you like in the store price isn’t an object” or him bringing flowers everytime he comes home. The kids come, the bills pile up, everyone is tired, and soon enough you realize that the couple that showed so much attention and considertation to one another in the beginning now don’t even face each other while they sleep. She gave him reassurance when he most needed it, showed him compassion, shared her opinions, and supported him.
Some of us have been taught that a wife is one who makes lavish dishes for her husband, who dresses up to appeal to him, and has her home organized. What I am saying is that a marriage and being a companion is more than superficial beauty and enticing of the flesh.
The choice of a marriage partner is one of the most important decisions a person will make in his or her lifetime.There is no room in Islam for illicit affairs or the Western vogue-word of boyfriend and girlfriend.All those stories of media and movies are not helpful to make a person comply with the teachings of Islam.You may be surprised to learn the subject of Divorce - is also mentioned and dealt with in very clear terms, to insure that it does not happen except with due consideration and proper representation and insurance of rights for both parties.Marriage in Islam is a beautiful way for two people to bring together their families, heritage and culture for the purpose of bringing more little Muslims into the world, in love, commitment and dedication to Allah, His Book, His prophet, peace be upon him, and surrender to Him in peace (Islam).
